Me Gaétan De Champlain holds a law degree (1987) and notarial diploma (1988) from Université de Sherbrooke. A native of Arvida in the Saguenay region, he joined De Champlain Girard & Associés Notaires inc. in 2002, where he practises in estate law, family and matrimonial law, commercial law, real estate, and non-contentious proceedings. He has also served on the boards of the Fonds de dotation Santé de Jonquière and the Club de tir « Le Faucon ».
