Me Michel Beauchamp is a notary recognized as one of Quebec's leading authorities on succession law and personal-rights law. He co-founded Beauchamp Gilbert Notaires in 1992, and as of November 1, 2025 his team continues its work as part of the law firm De Grandpré Chait, where he is an associate notary. His practice covers estate liquidation, guardianships and curatorships, non-contentious proceedings, wills, and protection mandates. He is also a lecturer at the Faculté de droit of the Université de Montréal and the author of several reference works on succession law.
