Me Nathalie Gingras is co-founder and co-owner of Carreau & Gingras Notaires inc. in La Sarre, a firm established in 2010. A native of La Sarre, she earned her LL.B. in 1997 and her Diploma in notarial law in 1998 at Université de Sherbrooke, and has been a member of the Chambre des notaires du Québec since 1999. After more than twenty years of general notarial practice, she has specialized in business law, particularly business start-ups and transfers.
