Me Marilyn Jean is the founding notary of Libra Notaires inc., a firm she opened in Jonquière (Saguenay) in the summer of 2025. Sworn in to the Chambre des notaires du Québec in 2014, she previously worked in the legal department of a major financial institution, where she developed strong expertise in real estate and security law, and later as a generalist notary in a law-and-notary firm. Her current practice covers residential and commercial real estate, wills, protection mandates, estate settlement and corporate law.
