About

Me Sandra Thériault has been a member of the Chambre des notaires du Québec since 1992. She holds a bachelor's degree in law and a graduate diploma in notarial law from Université Laval, and practises mainly in real estate law (sales, mortgages, servitudes), wills and protection mandates, estate settlement, and non-contentious proceedings (probate, mandate homologation, and the opening of protection regimes). She is known for her ability to explain legal concepts in plain terms.
